The theme for “ I Hunt Killers” by Barry Lyga is death. Billy Dent is a notorious serial killer. Billy Dent killed thousands of people. Billy took his son when he was prospecting for the right person to kill. There's a website for all the people Billy has killed and their stories. Billy Dent was put in prison for his crimes. Billy gets caught killing women. Billy escapes from prison. Billy kills the cop at his house that he grew up in. Tries to make his son his grandma but ends up failing but he escapes and goes into hiding. Always be kind to your neighbors and friends cause you don't know theirs or your future.
“I hunt killers” by Barry Lyga describes what life would be like if your dear old dad was a serial killer. Jazz helps the cops as much as possible. People close to Jazz end up dieing. Jazz tries to hunt his father down. Jazz will kill his dad when he finds him. It would be the first person Jazz would have killed.
“Under no circumstances are you to go near the Dent boy. Leave him alone. You are not to engage him. Jasper Dent is OFF LIMITS.”
“You won't even know you've crossed the line untils its way back in your rearview mirror.”
“He once said that I was already a Killer, I just hadn't killed anyone yet”
“Tell him that once I catch him…. I will.”
